On the day of your appointment, we ask you to drop off between 7:30 and 10:00 am. Unlike some grooming studios, we don’t have set appointment times for each dog, but rather a window of time in the morning where all dogs with appointments that day get dropped off!

The two parking spots directly in front of our building are reserved for our pawesome customers!

Pick-up time depends on varying factors such as; service being done, drop-off time, groomer availability, etc. If you need your dog(s) finished at a certain time, we can try to accommodate! Please just let the front desk or your groomer know and drop off early enough to give your groomer an adequate amount of time to complete the groom.

To ensure the safety of your dog(s) and other dogs in our facility we require the following three vaccinations:

Rabies

Distemper

Bordatella

We ask that you either bring in a copy of your dog(s)’s vaccination records the day of your first appointment or email them to us prior at Thesparklyspot@gmail.com. We will make a copy of these records for our system!

If it is your first visit or your dog(s) recently got updated vaccinations, please bring their shot records. Otherwise, we don’t require you to bring anything else! Feel free to bring a blanket for your dog(s), treats/chews, and a bed while they are waiting. You may also bring medicated or preferred shampoo if your fur baby(s) has sensitive skin!

Not a problem! We are open until 6 pm and your dog(s) are more than welcome and hang out with us up until then!

We understand life can get in the way sometimes, please let the front desk know as soon as possible! We can get you rebooked for another day or rebook you when the time is right!

No! But we are always grateful for any gratuity offered for our services!

We offer returns or exchanges for items purchased 14 or less days prior. Items must be in pristine condition and we prefer the tags to be still attached if possible!

To ensure the safety of our customers, dogs, and staff- In the case of severe or dangerous weather, we may close the shop early or for the whole day. If you have an appointment scheduled the day of a closure you will be notified and rebooked as soon as possible. To find the status of a closure please refer to our social media.
